Terms and Conditions for Importers

Here, clarity and trust are the foundation of our collaboration. We are here to simplify your shopping experience, making it transparent and advantageous. Below is a brief summary of the conditions to make your choice more informed:

1. Prices and Quantities

  • After registering on the site telling us that you are an importer, you will see the prices express in USD, valid for the minimum quantities indicated in the description.
  • Shipping, as well as all import costs, are always calculated extra. Prices therefore do not include transport, duties, VAT to be paid in the country of customs clearance according to current laws.
  • If your order total is less than  $6,000.00, we will apply an extra $350.00 for container handling fees to be paid to the port. 

2. Documentation

Unless expressly highlighted or requested by the customer, the products do not include the Test Report for contact with food.
If specific documents are required, it is advisable to indicate this when requesting information.

  • The products do not include the Test Report for contact with food by default, unless expressly requested.
  • It may happen that the partner factories already have the generic test report of the product you choose, but this is not always the case.
  • The Test Report is a document that can always be requested from the factory, it considers not only the costs but also the times for analyzing the products.
  • The request for specific documents should be communicated during the information request phase.

3. Samples and Shipping

Most factories charge a sample fee + shipping fee. The costs and availability of samples depend on the factories' policy. For the most part this cost is refunded at the time of ordering. Very few factories don't charge for samples, but they do charge for shipping.

It often happens that I go to China or India, where I have my offices, and it may happen that I can bring some small samples with me in my suitcase. Thus avoiding truly excessive transport costs. Once in Italy you will be able to collect your samples at the address and on the agreed day.

  • the cost of transport is always at your expense
  • if they are small objects and I am in China or India I can take them with me in my suitcase and you will collect them from Italy.

4. Custom Projects

When we work on a customized project I assure you that everything chosen, designed and personalized by you will be a collection all yours and not subject to sale to other customers in the same country. If you choose from our online proposals, you can request to obscure the products you have chosen to have even more privacy and ease of sale in your country of reference.

  • The choice of customized products guarantees exclusivity for your country.

For the development of collections with customized samples it is sure that the factories will require the cost for the sculpture (if it is materials such as porcelain, resin) and for the development of the sample. This cost will almost always be, but depends on the factory, deducted with the production order. In any case, I will always be clear in informing you in advance about all the costs you will have to bear.

5. Partial Shipments

If you think you won't fill an entire container we can evaluate three solutions:

  1. if you are in Italy and we have some containers leaving, we can place your order in my container and inform you of all duties, VAT and transport costs;
  2. make an LCL shipment, so as to ship only the cubic meters you are interested in by sea, arriving at your nearest port.
  3. air shipping, we will inform you of the costs.

6. Inspections and Quality

Before the goods leave I will always carry out a thorough inspection of the production. Depending on the size of the order I can also go personally to visit the factory during production days. Otherwise, in the rest of the cases I rely on local people who promptly visit and carry out the necessary inspections before the goods leave.

  • Before departure, a thorough inspection of the production will be carried out.
  • In case of defects or non-conformities, the selected factories are committed to supporting the customer.

7. After-Sales Assistance

In case of defects, non-compliance with what was ordered, the factories that we select are always behind to support the customer. They are solid factories that understand the customer's needs and do everything to maintain a lasting relationship over time, the same value that my team and I have.

  • Partner factories are available to deal with any after-sales issues and maintain long-lasting relationship with customers.



Terms and Conditions for Retailers

Here, clarity and trust are the foundations of our collaboration. We are here to simplify your purchasing experience, making it transparent and advantageous. Below, a brief summary of the conditions to make your choice more informed:

1. Prices

  • After registering on the site, telling us that you have a shop and then you are a retailer, you will see the price list dedicated to you.
  • Transport, as well as the duty and all costs related to import are included in the price.
  • Transport is included to Italy, then it is to be considered from our warehouses to yours.

2. Quantities

Of all the articles you choose is not guaranteed that you will receive all your selection, because it depends a lot on the total quantities that the factory will receive.

  • You can also select 1 pcs per product, but by increasing the quantities for each reference you increase the possibility of receiving that product.

3.Order reception timing

Being goods that will be prepared only for you, or in any case by group of people, we must wait for the technical times for the preparation of the order, management and transport.

  • We always provide an orientation date of starting the container.
  • The container takes about 30-40 days for the arrival here in Italy.

4. Payments

To ensure the correct coordination of all the factories available there will be

  • A 30% advance at the time of order by bank transfer.
  • With a balance of the order that you will actually receive at the start of the container from China/India.
  • Failure to receive the down payment bank transfer will determine the direct cancellation of the order made.
  • If you decide later to buy the products, already here in Italy, prices will undergo the list increases that we will communicate. (About 30%)
  • It is not said that then there will be quantity availability here in Italy.
